A little fitness

I have not done much fitness lately as I am on disability from a hurt foot. I am starting to move around now; I was able to cross off my lowest Push up and Dumbbell items. I Did the minimum of 10 Pushups moving the goal to 15 now and I was able to Curl 60 pound Dumbbells 5 times each making the new goal 70lbs

I have added a few more items to my list also. My list is always growing a lot of times faster than I complete stuff. Hopefully I will catch up but the main goal of my list is to always give me something to work towards, not really to make sure I have to complete everything, it would be fun thou to one day experience it all.


Try walking on stilts
Visit a ship wreck
Do a wall flip
