List (Health and Exercise)

I am a larger guy so the goals I have here start out lower then a normal person probley would have but as I complete then they will get harder in my never ending goal to some day be fit.

Vegan Diet For 1 Month (No animal Bi Products at all) March 1st - 30th 2010
No Soda for 1 Month  March 1st - 30th 2010
Curl 50Lbs Dumbbells 5 Times each hand April 10th 2010
Curl 60Lbs Dumbbells 5 Times each hand Sept 25th 2010
Curl 70Lbs Dumbbells 5 Times each hand
Lift Waits for 3 Weeks Strait on a routine of 4 days a week
Run a Mile in under 16 Min
Get to 380Lbs
Do 10 Push ups Sept 24th 2010
Do 15 Push ups
Do 10 Situps
Do 1 Pull up
